YOUR NEW COMPANY?
Your new company one of Ireland's established charities who
provides?services at all stages of homelessness and enable people to
move to a place they can call home. Your new organisation?are
passionate about making home a reality for these individuals.?

YOUR NEW ROLE?
In your new role you will work relief shifts based in Wicklow, these
shifts are to cover holidays, sick leave and a demand in the workload.
You will report to the service manager. You will work with clients to
meet their needs on day and nightly basis and engage clients in
service activities as per support plans. From developing relationships
with clients to seeing their progress, you will directly impact the
lives of many people. As well as an induction program, you will be
provided with **Apply on the website** training days throughout the
year, ensuring you have the support and training to succeed in this
role.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED?
To be successful for this position you will have a minimum of BA/BS
degree (level 7 or 8) in Psychology, Community Development,
Counselling, Social Care, Social Work, or similar. 1-year experience
working in a social or caring setting. Understanding of why people
become homeless and the needs they have. Record keeping, report
writing. Client-focused, adaptable, accountable, resilient individual.
Be an excellent communicator, with the ability to advocate on the
client?s behalf.
